Hi, althought the desk person was great, and I didnt expect much for my money I was still very disappointed. I came in so I did not have to drive in the snow from out of town for my sons surgery at the childrens hospital. The duvet was stained, got another one, mold in the shower tiles, dust in the vents, obviously just put a thick coat of paint on to hide everything, no microwave???really??? (so no popcorn for us), bed was uncomfortable really, really didn't really want to sleep there, both of my our allergies acted up meaning that there was a significant amount of dust and who know what else. Old small TV and fuzzy, what maybe 10 channels, thank God the internet worked and we only had to spend the evening and the one night there. I thought with the Super 8 name I could expect a higher standard, boy was I wrong. We stay at many, many hotels especially with sports teams and this is the worst ever - by far. If I had more time I would not have checked in at arrival and found something else. Horrible hard to get into as well try to cross 3 lanes of highway traffic.
