I sincerely apologize for the cleanliness issues you experienced and breakfast replenishment during your stay. As you may have noticed from previous Trip Advisor reviews, what you experienced was definitely not our standard. We like to pride ourselves on our cleanliness and customer service. I will be sure to speak with all of my staff to reiterate our standards so another guest does not have your same experience. Our continental breakfast is more than the average continental breakfast with apple & orange juice, coffee, tea, fruit, yogurt, bagels, toast, cinnamon buns, cereal, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, waffles and bacon.If you would be so kind as to email specifically what you feel was are missing, I would love to hear from you. I am glad to hear that my front desk staff were so helpful for you. You must have stayed on a guest appreciation night, every Wednesday we put on a meal for the guests in the hotel. « hide

Access to the internet sometimes slows down when we have a full house and everyone is trying to use the internet all at once, streaming and downloading tend to do this also. We are looking into the upgrades necessary to fix this issue. « hide
