We strive to improve in all aspects that will help make each guest experience memorable. Our staff is trained to accommodate and help our guests in any way possible. In addition, our housekeeping department work hard to provide a nice, clean room. The rooms are deep cleaned monthly and made sure to have no trace of smoke or bad odor. Our front desk agents are certainly trained to provide wonderful customer service and treat all of our guests with respect. Thank you for providing feedback that our staff will surely take and make a commitment to improve in all aspects of the guest's experience. Our housekeeping work hard to make each and every single room clean and ready for our guests to rest comfortably and that is most certainly a point of emphasis. I do apologize for any inconvenience in regards to some of the trash pins outside. We have a great maintenance department and one of the daily tasks is to keep our grounds completely clean. We've inspected your room and didn't find anything that could explain the rash you speak of. We hope to see you in the area again and you will notice our entire staff in brand new uniforms.
