Thank you for your feedback. You probably know that if you are traveling with your family, breakfast costs can sometimes be just as high as lunch and dinner costs. So to help you make your trip more affordable, we offer an absolutely free continental breakfast. We are sorry that you do not like toaster waffles, but according to Super 8 guidelines, we may choose to offer either type. Our breakfast hours completely meet the specifications of the Super 8 breakfast hours, which is any 3 hours. We offer free breakfast from 6:00am to 9:00. We are sorry that you wanted us to have breakfast available to you from 6:00am to 11:00am. Many of our rooms do have a microwave and minifridge, as you can see by reading the other reviews. I am sorry if you did not get one of those. Usually if someone absolutely needs a micro or fridge, they will let us know. We are glad that you thought your room was satisfactory for the price. « hide

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I'm sorry your a/c was a little noisy. We recently changed our breakfast hours for this month because we found that nobody was coming for breakfast before 7a.m. We will soon go back to 6 a.m. « hide

Thanks for your review. I'm glad you thought our hotel was fine until your toilet stopped up. No, the toilets here do not clog easily, but our employees are prepared to deal quickly with these types of issues, so I did. I'm sorry that you found it irritating that I was prepared to deal with it quickly. The reason that I was peeved at the mess that I had to clean up at 11:00pm, is because we would prefer that you inform us at the first sign that your toilet is stopped up, so that we can plunge it, instead of flushing until it overflows. We are not unhappy with our facilities, they work fine, but like any other toilet, they will stop up when too much tissue is put in at once. Our toilets are made by Kohler, the leading manufacturer of bathroom equipment. To clean your bathroom, I followed the Health Dept guidelines for disinfecting areas that may contain fecal matter. I am sorry you did not like the smell of bleach, but as required by law, I followed the Health Department's rules. There were no other rooms available. Many other tourists wanted to get off of the snowy roads also, so we were completely full that night. « hide
