Our non-smoking rooms provide handy amenities like a refrigerator/micowave, full calble package and access to a ski locker room and guest laundry service. Enjoy a barbeque on our sundeck and unwind in our heated outdoor hot tub. Free Wi-Fi Internet access makes it easy to connect with friends from your room and free parking for all vehicles is included. Handicapped-accessible and queen rooms are available. Did you check out our awesome outdoor hottub while hear because that is definatly something to rave about. It is definatly the best hot tub in town. Our breakfast, hot tub and the cleanliness of our rooms are the biggest draw cards to our hotel and we happy that you appreciated them.In regards to your comment about room availability, between calling the hotel and the 1800 number, we can only assume that a reservation cancellation from another guest was processed. Contacting our hotel direct will give you the most up to date reservation situation. Without knowing which website you are referring to, it is difficult to look into the issue of online reservation problems.We look forward to accomodating you in the future. « hide

Thankyou for your review. We are sorry you were not aware of the option to purchase discount lift tickets through our hotel. We will make changes to our website to ensure other guests are aware. We do require guests to call us in advance to be able to arrange the ski tickets and do require a minimum 48hrs notice. Once again, we are sorry about this. Thank-you for your review. I want to apologize for your unpleasant experience at my hotel. We had two large ski groups in the hotel the two nights you stayed with us. We did have multiple complaints because of the group.My staff did their best to quell the rowdy people however there were still many issues and complaints. We have decided that these two particular groups will not be welcome back next year. I am glad you found the hotel clean and staff helpful however sleep is important and expected when you rent a hotel room. We have sent you a voucher for your next stay. Once again I apologize and I hope you give us another chance « hide
