“Pleased With My Choice”; Feb 16, 2013 Hugh R, Vancouver; This was my second stay at this particular Super8 within a months time. The motel appears to be fairly new and suited my needs while I was in Penticton. The staff were very nice, knowledgeable and efficient. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The room was bright and clean and after both stays, I left feeling good about the establishment. One of the things that I personally liked was the fact that they let you smoke on the balcony outside the room. I've stayed in so many motels and hotels where I've actually felt uncomfortable when trying to have a cigarette but not here. Some of the benefits of this Super8 are the continental breakfast they offer and the pool area with jacuzzi, both of which I haven't had the opportunity to utilize yet. The pool area appeared to be very clean and well kept and according to a friend of mine whose had stayed there many times, just right for a pleasant diversion. He loved the jacuzzi and uses it on all of his stays there. There are all kinds of eating establishments within a short walk and a great shopping mall across the street just a block or two south of the motel. If you like the Super8 brand I have no doubt you will be pleased with your choice of this location.
