“Family Disneyland Trip”

  , Fresno
I have taken my family to stay at this hotel 3 prior times and have always had a good experience. This time was a little different. It wasn't terrible but wasn't the best. We got to the hotel a little after noon and asked if it were possible to check in early. My sons mom had just driven them and her daughter from New Mexico and met my daughter and I at the hotel. My daughter and I had just driven 4 1/2 hours from Fresno. They did say they had a room available but it was on the 3rd floor. We accepted the room. Once we parked and grabbed our luggage we go to the elevator only to find it was inoperable. We stayed 3 nights, Monday-Wednesday during spring break, and it was down the whole time.Once we got into our room it had a musty moldy mildewish smell to it. We thought it airing out the room, turning on the a/c and turning on the vents in the restroom might help. So we left the hotel with them on and made the drive to Hollywood. Got back to the room around 9pm and most of the smell was gone except in the restroom. We kept the door closed for the night with the fan going in there. When we woke up it still smelled. While getting ready I turned on the faucet to wash my face and brush my teeth only to find out that the hoses were crossed and the hot water was coming out of the cold waters side. Before leaving that morning I notified the front desk about the smell and the water situation. When we got back later that night it was all better. The faucet was fixed right and there was no longer a smell. After the smell and faucet were taken care of we had as good of a stay as one could have with having to carry 3 young children up three flights of stairs after coming back from Disneyland. I know stuff happens. I will stay there again.
