“place gives super 8 a bad name!”

Would not recommend this place to anyone. We arrived early in the am 2:00am to be exact. Coming in from Arizona we were and tired we we're happy to be sleeping in a bed, at least we thought. After we checked in we went to the room, located on 2nd floor. Outside on first floor directly below us was what seemed to be full time tenats. They were loud, cussing and drinking beers. When walking into the room both of my younger kids said mom it stinks like pee. I told them I know we just have a few hours till we will be out of here and back on the road home to MN. Please just try to get some sleep. After finally falling asleep we awoke to go more loud noises and what sounded like baking of glass. While walking down the stairs we found broken beer bottles all over. Had to watch every step we took. At what they called a complimentary breakfast there was very little variety. They had a few pieces of bread for toast, cinnamon roll danish, yogurt, coffee, apple and orange juice. I would have thought for sure they had cereal and milk. luckily I packed for our road trip cereal and went to the gas station on the corner to get milk for the kids and went to our room to eat. While eating I looked over and saw a hole in the wall next to the bed. Thought to myself that the hole was in an awkward place, so got up and took a look through it. What it seemed to be a peek hole coming from the other room next to us. luckily I found it before any of us showered, told my husband and I covered it up. Before taking our baths and showers I had to clean the tub cause of all the hair and dirt that was left. My youngest said please mom or dad can you please help me so I can get out fast it really smell in here. There was no exhaust fan to help with the smell. The smell was like mold and urine coming from the flooring/ base boards and beneath the carpet. We hurried up and got the hell out of there within a hour of getting up. We were all happy to be back on the road and out of the smelly place as the kids said!!!
