“Very Awful Stay, Do not waste your money at this hotel”

I checked in around 8:30pm, I lost my power from storm sandy and my husband could not arrive till midnight, we went to move a blanket to go to sleep on the bed and their were two kinds of bugs, they looked like mini worms, I called the front desk the gtentlemen came up and said it's only bugs, it's not bed bugs, so, what's the big deal, don't you get them at your house, my husband got really mad and wanted to move rooms, the front desk gentlemen said ok, and moved us down the hall, then we moved all our stuff and put the heat on in the new room and it smelled so bad, and their was a broken desk chair with duck tape, and I almost fell out of it while I was on my laptop. I went back downstairs and told the front desk gentlemen about the heater and chair, he didn't care about the chair, but he handed me febreeze spray and said spray it yourself we haven't turned the heat on in that room in a while that's probably why it smells and could not move us again or his manager would be really mad, and his manager told him he can only move someone once and that's it. I said ok, at this point it was already 2am, I went back to the room sprayed the febreeze on the heater, but, it still smelled and I was up all night coughing and didn't sleep at all. The next morning the owner was there at check-out, I told him what happened and he told me, oh, well it was only two bugs, maybe you should go camping more, and also laughed and said he was going to charge us for two rooms since he had to clean two, I got mad and said you better not, and he said he was just joking, and I told him that is no joke, I was very unhappy with my stay and he didn't even care, and still charged me full price for the room. I though at least he would give it too me for free or give me some type of discount on the room, but, nothing, I will never go back to this hotel again, I guess he doesn't want return customers, what an attitude he gave me, and for an owner of a hotel he was quite a jerk.
