Dear Denise H,First, please accept our condolences for you family loss. I apologize that your second stay was not up to the expectations from your first stay. Refridgerators/Microwaves are not in every room and there is an additional fee of $10 per day for them. They are reserved based on first come availability. I am sorry that one was not available for you. When booking your reservations, we always recommend calling the hotel to confirm your reservation. This eliminates any surprises as alot of the booking agencies book a room and not a room type. We always do our best to accomodate our guest but when the hotel is full, some requests are not able to be met.Thank you again for bringing your concerns to our attention.I hope that given your first experience, you will consider staying with us again, until then Happy Travels « hide

There are times when our guests do not book directly and the rate that they pay is between the booking party and our guests.
