Mrs. Harrison, your review that had published on January 15, 2013, has brought to my attention that you had several problems with our services. I dearly do apologize for any problems you may have had with our services. We have immediately notified our room mangement department to rectify the problem. Though, our staff would have kindly and would have insisted that you notify us the second you may have had the problem, and we would have kindly changed your room. Though, our staff did check the room that you stayed in, and was not able to any blood on the bathroom door. It is solidly white? Following that, we checked the carpet, we had told the room service department to not clean that room, and first check for any cigar burns on the carpet. There were none found. We dearly apolgize, but we have 24/hour customer service, and you could have notified our staff immediatly, and we could have helped you to another room. We greatly appreciate it if you were to maybe contact us in anyway, so that we can live up to our motel's high standards.
