In recognition of your observations, we have checked all our rooms for the issues you noted and found one room with a faulty heater fan which has since been repaired. We have also provided our housekeepers with additional training.Comments like yours keep hotels like ours improving...Thank you. « hide

We apologize for your stay being unsatisfactory. Since your stay, we have upgraded many of our TV's to new flat screens and replaced carpeting. Our rooms are also undergoing a major revamp and we have had many satisfied groups stay with us. We welcome your comments and hope to see you again. « hide

Kim, I do not see where any guest staying with us around the date of your review paid the amounts you noted. This fact makes us feel you may have incorrectly identified our hotel in your review.If our assumption is not correct, we appologize for any satisfaction issues that may have arised during your stay and ask in the future you let one of our team members at the front desk know. We would have been glad to relocate you to a more comfortable room. Regarding the rate, our rates are clearly printed on the folio you sign and is the rate you pay at check-in. I have been with the hotel management team since 2005 and have never experienced a printed rate being different than what is actually charged. Please contact us directly at the hotel and ask to speak with the Manager to resolve this issue so we can make it right.Thank you.
