“filthy room”

 
I booked a room @ this hotel. Upon arrival, I turned the sheet back to find filthy linens. I asked for another room, and staff complied without hesitation. The 2nd room had been checked as cleaned by housekeeping, but it was obvious upon opening the door with unmade beds, and an empty pizza box, it has not been cleaned. When asked for a 3rd room, again staff complied and aplogized for our troubles. The 3rd room had a dead bug on the floor in the bathroom, stained pillowcase, sticky nightstand, and hairs on the sheets. Needless to say, I didn't sleep any that night, & wrapped myself in my own blanket I had brought in from my car. I spoke with the manager the next morning, and he apologized for the room conditions. He gave me my room for half price, and said they had a few issues with housekeeping during the past couple of months, but it would be taken care of, and the rooms won't be unsatisfactory again..
