“I have been staying at the hotel for at least 15 years, 5-6...”

I have been staying at the hotel for at least 15 years, 5-6 times a year. This past weekend was the worst experience to date. I bring a group down for business, a room list is always sent ahead of time along with phone confirmation, and I've never had an issue before. Upon arriving this past weekend the new front desk staff was very unorganized. The young man at the front could not tell me who in my group had arrived, and if they had arrived what room they were in. One member of my group was told at check-in there were no rooms available after I had reserved the set number of them. Another member of my group was asked to share her room with a stranger! This was all in the first night. Upon our return to the hotel the second night, none of the hotel key cards were keyed for rooms. EVERYONE at the hotel was at the front desk trying to get their keys re-keyed for their rooms. This was not done properly. The following is a list of problems that occurred:1. Group members got back to their room and their room was not made up. No clean towels, no clean sheets, etc.2. Group members got back to their room and other people where staying in their room. Complete strangers. 3. Other group members where given completely different rooms.I have never had this problem or any problem like this while staying at this particular establishment before. The new management is doing a horrible job. The staff is not properly trained and they are running off the good employees that were properly trained and had been there for years. Very disappointed.
