Dear Guest,Thank you for taking the time to review our property. We take pride in the fact that our hotel is always clean, thanks to our wonderful housekeeping staff!We use 100% Colombian whole bean coffee, ground fresh for every pot; glad you enjoyed it!We do have rooms that have microwaves, but you must ask specifically, as we also have a microwave for guest use in the breakfast room. Dear Guest,Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. Some days our pool area is difficult to manage, and if we notice that there is a strong chemical smell it is usually the result of the air exchange system being turned off. I apologize for the inconvenience this caused you. Also, the hot tub water is changed a couple times every busy weekend that we have, as swimmers go into the hot tub after their hockey/volleyball/ringette game without showering. We do our best to remind swimmers to use the shower before entering the water, but sometimes they don't.Thanks for complimenting our breakfast; we hope to add even more selection to our complimentary breakfast in the near future! « hide

We do offer complimentary soup in the evenings during the colder months, Sunday to Thursday, just to help our guests warm up in the cold province of Manitoba. Dear Guest;Yesterday, Feb. 28th, we removed the couch you speak of from the property. We were hoping to get a new hide-a-bed delivered sooner, but time told that was not possible. We have replaced the couch with an even more comfortable type of couch, and I must say that now anyone would be more than happy to have that room, and even sleep on the new leather couch!!I apologize that your stay was less than spectacular, and if you would like to contact me directly, please feel free to do so.-Manager « hide
