I am sorry to hear that your stay didn't go they way it should have. We can certainly take a look at the refrigerator and see if maybe it needs to be changed to a colder setting. We are in the process of replacing some of the air conditioners as well, however I'm sorry that the one you had was making noise. The flat-screen TVs have about 80 digital channels, so I'm not sure why it seemed to be limited on selection. Thank you for staying with us. « hide

I'm very sorry to hear that your stay was not what it should have been. We are actually in the process of major renovations right now and are upgrading our rooms for the new Super 8 standard, however this was not an average stay for our hotel. Please accept our apologies for the problems you experienced. « hide

I do wish to apologize for the experience you had at our hotel. I can assure you that our housekeepers do not unplug alarm clocks. In reality, many of our guests unplug them often to plug in cell phone chargers and things. It sounds like there may have been a power outage in the middle of the night as well, and unfortunately that couldn't have been helped. It's also likely that the GFCI switch on the bathroom outlet may have been pushed, preventing the hair dryer from turning on. I can certainly understand how you felt when things didn't work the way they were supposed to for you. We will look into how we can double check some of these things. The signs on the exterior doors are there to warn people not to sneak pets into our hotel, as some have tried to do. And it sounds like the receipt you were handed was the internal receipt for a prepaid service like Expedia, which we don't provide because it's not charging your card. All in all, I can understand your frustration and do apologize for the inconvenience. It's not a typical stay at our hotel. « hide

I'm sorry to hear that you couldn't find our front entrance, located at the front of the hotel.... I can assure you that nobody has tried to pry our window screens off. Our clerk may have been in the restroom or checking a few guest rooms, but I do wish to apologize for the delay at check-in. I do ask that you not hold our interior renovations to the gold standard -- please remember that we are not Marriott or Hilton and you did not pay those prices, either. We are in the process of renovating an older building that previous ownership didn't take care of at all. We have just recently spent many thousands of dollars upgrading some of the furnishings and will be replacing the carpet very shortly. Please understand that this all takes time. « hide
