First, the lady at the front desk was less than personable. We all have bad days, but an attempt to be friendly would have been nice. Second, the building smelt horrible. Like I was in a nursing home what had been dipped in cigarette smoke. I had to open my window to get some fresh air in and it was still bad. If you are traveling on business, bring a power bar. I had to unplug the alarm clock just to have a place to plug in my computer. I stay at hotels all over the country and this was by far the worst hotel I've stayed in yet. You most often get what you pay for in a hotel and I didn't even get that. I was recommended to go to the Ale House because it has the best food in town and if poor service and weak flavor is your gig, go for it. Don't be sold on the breakfast in the morning. Cereal and toast are your options. Last but not least, I was informed that my rewards would not apply because I was paying with a Business Card. Really??
