Dear Guest,Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your stay at the Branson Super 8. We apologize your bed was uncomfortable. I suppose everyone has a unique preference. These beds are brand new Pillow-Top mattresses. Our breakfast hours are from 7am-10am. My husband worked with the breakfast attendant that morning and he states she was constantly cleaning......However, she should not have made you feel uncomfortable at all and I do apologize. I will speak with Mrs. Rose she is a lovely lady who has worked for us for over 6 years in housekeeping. She and her husband are raising their four teenage grandkids. I suppose at 62 yrs old she does feel tiered! Again I will speak with her and I appreciate your honesty. It's the only way we improve. Dear Mr. Galord,So delighted to have you return to the Branson Super 8. We value your business and we appreciate your feedback. Thank you for letting us know about the lighting. We have been experimenting on the best CFL - Energy Smart lighting for our property. Trying to find a bulb that illuminates a nice bright light has been tricky- many tend to put out a dim yellow glow. We are now replacing all rooms with a nice 100-Watt Energy Smart bulb. Everyday we strive to provide a nice hotel for our guest. As standards change, such as lighting, we look for the best resource available to ensure our rooms are comfortable and enjoyable.We look forward to seeing you again. We know there are many properties to choose from so when ever we have repeat guests ( which is almost daily) we are honored. One of the greatest rewards working at this property is getting to know each guest. Pete and I feel our guest are like family. The Super 8 Brand just rolled out our new Super Start Breakfast. Offering Cinnamon Rolls, Yogurt, Waffles and several other items. We also offer Biscuits and Gravy. Were you looking for the Bacon and Eggs? I'm sorry.
