“Two stays in two days”

  , Opelousas
For the most part it was OK, the gentleman who checked me in the first evening was friendly, however I had to offer my Wyndham points card/number....that should be asked without prompt. The second night I was not asked and forgot to offer my information so I guess I missed out on those points. The lady on the second evening was friendly enough, but I wonder how they are selected.Manners, appearance, who knows. On the first visit I was not asked if I needed a frig or microwave oven in my room. The next night I asked why I did not have those in my last nights room....I was told I had to request a room with those amenities. The morning of the second visit I went to the lobby for something to eat, but the door was locked. It was early, but that was not the problem. It was the way the black girl acted and the way she greeted me.As if I was intruding on her time, and the way she motioned me to the side of the building. Indicating me to go around the side window.I asked and was told I was too early and it was not even 5 o'clock in her words.Sorry, but there places I stay at have at least a bag fixed for the early risers. Both times I stayed, and I've stayed there in the past so it is over 3 times I stayed there the clerks know that I'm a truck driver. That I was not asked and not offered a room with amenities I mentioned is odd, because the manager the first morning commented that all the truck driver ask for those in their rooms.Looking around the property and noticing that there are other motels there, I probably will stay at another place instead of Super 8I did not like the attitude of the young woman on the second morning of my stay.I did not argue with her, I just told her that I was a customer, shook my head and went to my truck and drove off.
