“Disgusting”; Jan 23, 2013 Suzanne E, Springfield; Lobby sofa is sagging, dirty and needs the dumpster . Tub had built up scum and hair of others. Lights, surfaces loaded with dust. Very unhealthy. Front staff appeared to be family. Would not match Internet rate of $3 less.! Bed was ok . But, never again at this place!
