“This stay was a big improvement from my very dissapointing Hanford, CA stay.”

I have no interest in staying at super 8 since my Hanford CA stay. Super 8 has a terrible Corporate customer follow up when there is a problem. In fact there is no follow up. My many complaints to corporate while on that vacation. Was a waste of 2 valuable hours of my time. It it weren't for my dad's loyalty to Super 8. I would never stay there again. I received a customer complaint ticket number that was good for getting me off the phone, but that was it!! Good for you Corporate, let the customer think your doing something to remedy a complaint. Then act as if all is well.........IT IS NOT ALRIGHT TO NOT FOLLOW UP!!!!!!!!. My ratings or this stay does not reflect the one I am dissatisfied with. I am still very upset, and that stay was 3 years ago. But I had to relocate to another city to get appropriate accommodations. The mattress sagged in the center, had to buy air deodorant for the stench in the room, Washed the wall myself around the microwave and refrigerator, the microwave did not work and was missing the glass heating tray, there was no toilet roll holder,, washed the tile floor where the microwave an refrigerator were located, and the topper was when the staff told us eating was not allowed in our room even though a fridge and Microwave were in our room!!! We were told by corporate that our online reservations were NON-refundable...no exception. But that was not true. So F.U. .........Super 8. Eat my dung!!!
