I apologize for the strong pine-sol smell in your room. We were training a new housekeeper, and did not show here how much concentrate to use. Again, I apologize for this, but please understand that we have corrected the issue. « hide

I wish I could do something about the smell of smoke in the hallway near your room. Unfortunately, Albuquerque, NM is one of the few places in the nation that still allows smoking indoors. For our hotel to be profitable in this local market, we must allow some smoking rooms. Your feedback and others like it do make a difference, though. Hopefully we can get to a point where this location is smoke-free. « hide

Thank you for your feedback! We are hard at work making improvements. New beds, pillows, carpet, and a new full time maintenance man have been added just in the past two months. « hide

I take issue with your review because, as an owner of this hotel, I have personally stayed a night at each of my direct competitors hotels and know, for a fact, that I have better beds, pillows, carpet... and reviews. I also checked your review history, and you have not reviewed our hotel in the past as you stated. « hide
