“Very Dissappointed!!!!”

We have stayed at this Super 8 several times due to the cleanliness of the motel. However this trip we were very very disappointed in the cleanliness of 2 rooms. The 1st room the floors were dirty with ground in dirt. I could scrape it off with my fingernails, so that told me that housekeeping didnot take the time to really clean the floors. I guess it was too much trouble for them, so the floors looked dirty like caked on mud. They were also very sticky. I asked the clerk if someone could come clean the floors for us. He came down and tried to clean them, but he saw what I meant that it would take some effort to do it right and offered to move us to another room. We went to that room and the floors were a little better so we took it The saftey latch was broken and I have given up on moving rooms again. The next morning I told the manager about our experience with the 1st room unclean floors and the 2nd room not much better and broken safty latch. She just said she would have them check into it. No offer of compensation for being moved twice and still thinks were wrong. Being in customer service it is always our policy to make the customer happy by compensation or upgrading the room or whatever it takes to make the customer happy. This was not the case at this motel which I was reallly disappointed and surprised because we have stayed there serval times and try to make it a point on our trip to make it there to stay at this motel. Do not think we will do that again after we received no compensation or satisfaction for our trouble. Very disappointing!!!!!!!
