“Great Stay”; Dec 04, 2012 Ann B, Schenectady; The room was clean as were the common areas. No hassle with the dogs. Only one complaint - no new towels in the room for the second night even though maid left us a note that she put clean sheets on bed and left clean towels. Called the front desk and had our towels within minutes.
