“Nice place to crash after the Ren Fest”; Oct 19, 2012 , Houston; We were going to the Texas Rennaissance Festival. This is the closes hotel to the Ren Fest. Unless you are lucky enough to get a cabin or room at Camp Allen, this is as close as you can get. Our fridge did not work and the manager had it replace within an hour. We stayed at the Best Western a couple of times, but they lost our reservation twice out of three years. We were just lucky they had a room left. The Motel 8 has never lost our reservation and they are cheaper.
