“Never again”

  , Wisconsin Rapids
We stayed here for our daughter's basketball tournament last weekend. It was the only hotel that was available when we went to block rooms. Our room was less than clean, broken tiles in the bathroom. Interesting stains on the floor and on the furniture. One person working the front desk--she was nice enough but you couldn't tell if she was an employee or a guest from her less than casual outfit. There were some interesting folk smoking all kinds of things in the halls as well as in their non-smoking rooms. Dealt with a raging, psychotic drunk from 11:30-4:30 in the morning. After several calls to the front desk, and their ability to kick out the drunk, the police were called. It was like watching "Cops", except I would have preferred to get some sleep before I needed to get up at 5:30. The walls are really thin, so be prepared! Continental breakfast looked so unappetizing, we went to a cafe instead.
