“Mixed Feelings”

The room were located on the outside. The furniture was damaged in multiple locations. The tile in the bathroom was cracked and not correctly placed. Cable television did not come in clear on a few channels. The hotel knew that I had reserved a room for 4 adults and there were only 2 towels in the room. When I requested more, they only had hand towels available in the morning until the housecleaning showed up at 9:00am. We also requested 2 blankets, did not receive them and then had to request them again.Within an hour of arrival, someone knocked on our door and apologized because they had the wrong room. While we were sleeping, someone knocked loudly a couple of times at 2:00 in the morning. Then I heard the knocking continue for another three doors down. The continental breakfast did not appear fresh. The coffee tasted like someone put dye in water. The toast tasted expired.
