The pool temperature was indeed a bothersome issue and a check up has been scheduled for the pool heater. Hopefully the pool temperature will not be an issue in the future. We are also pleased that you enjoyed our array of options for breakfast (i.e. make-your-own waffles, eggs, cold/hot cereals, cinnamon rolls, juice, etc...). I apologize for the noise issue on the night in question, as does my staff that was on duty that night. It is very important to us that each guest has a great stay. Per our previous telephone conversation, you have been issued a free night's stay to compensate you for your lack of sleep. We do care about noise and safety issues at our hotel and have recently installed additional security cameras in all hallways and do walk throughs several times during each shift. I wish that we could but we are unable to hear everything that goes on throughout the hotel from the Front Desk, so we rely on walk throughs and unfortunate as it might be, an alert coming from a guest. I sincerely apologize if you felt that we were uncaring or unresponsive to your complaint.We can't always control other people's behavior but we can control how we respond to it and we failed miserably on this occasion. We would like to invite you to stay with us again should you give us the opportunity to redeem ourselves.
