“CHECK THE PLACE OUT”

No Review..Only for upper management only. I understand you are redoing this Super 8. But no ice machine and no phone in the room that worked and the front desk clerk was the only person on site and he was backed up with people checking in , that he could not leave his post to check and see what was going on. he apologized and was very pleasant and personable. he kept trying to see what he could do to help, but he was in charge of the front desk . the people at the motel were chipping in and we went to the store to buy bags of ice and was sharing with everyone. I dont know about the other phones, but we didn't noticed until we tried to use our computer laptop and we could not access that either without some password. He didn't know about that either. He tried so hard to keep everyone calm and I felt so bad for him, that he wished he were the owner. Give him a pat on the back please. But shame on you for putting him in that position. The placed filled up because people used the coupons you recieved at the info center and i paid 55.07. value but not after all that. IMy first time with you , and i"m willing to maybe give you another shot because i am a retiree and my income is limited, but this was a total letdown except for your desk clerk. And.. he was an American man, so I was willing to try to help him , in any way I could. Thank God your mattresses were new because that was why we just went with the inconviences and made the best if it.
