Maria,We take your experience at our motel very seriously and we do value your stay. I will inspect your room with our housekeeping staff to make sure they are properly doing our standard checklist that identifies any problems like the ones you mentioned. We routinely check to make sure the TV in each room functions properly and that the fridges are set to the proper coldness settings inside. I am pleased that your contact with our staff was memorable and I will be sure to thank them personally for their courtesy towards you. However, I would like to apologize on behalf of the Super 8 and our team for the dirty carpet and your loss of sleep. We maintain a routine schedule of cleaning all our carpets and increase this even more so during high occupancy times. I will speak with our housekeeping staff to ensure that we maintain a more vigilant eye on our carpets so that this does not occur again. You may be interested to know that we have recently begun renovations throughout our property and prior to your stay made the purchase of brand new Denver mattresses for all of our beds, including the one in your room. It is unfortunate, and I do apologize that the mattress was not to your liking and caused you to lose sleep.
