“Unprofessional and untrained staff”

We could not connect our internet service either by phone or with my laptop. I went down to the counter and explained the password was not working. At the same time there was anther patron with the same problem. The staff basically blamed us both telling us we did not know what we were doing. I, as well as he, found this outrageous as we were both extremely computer savvy. I have used the internet since 1995 and have personally built a dozen or more computers. What bothered me more was the audacity to actually blame the customer and not offer some type of compensation. I went back to the desk prior to checkout and voiced my displeasure. I am not a person that complains but the nerve of the staff to blame me when the system would not work really got my goat. I hope there will be some sort of compensation from your company for the poor experience we had to deal with at the Summersville location. I wasn't going to say anything but you guys are asking so I am telling you. Respectfully, Gerald Bowers
