“Could not sleep!”

- The room heating was working initially while I was settling down. As soon as I was about to sleep the heater stopped working. I asked the front desk and she said that she never heard about this kind of issue before and all she could do is offer me another room. She was very rude. I did not get any help in moving my things from one room to another and spent 30 mins doing that. Next door room was playing the TV loud and I called the front desk. She was finally able to get the TV volume low. The walls of the rooms are thin so can not stop any noise from spilling over to other rooms. The sleep was replaced by frustration and I could not sleep the rest of the night. I will never stay at that hotel again.
